No refund is due if the reservation and payment have been made without first checking availability.

Refund policy depends of the length of stay.The reimbursement conditions are modeled on those existing in the main rental sites, in long term.

Short term rental

Automatically applies to bookings of 2 to 27 nights.

Reservations are fully refundable within 48 hours of booking confirmation, provided the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to arrival (5:00 p.m. local destination time, if not specified). No refund for cancellation less than 14 days before arrival.

Long term rental
Automatically applies to bookings of 28 nights or more.

Reservations are fully refundable within 48 hours of booking confirmation, provided the cancellation is made at least 35 days prior to arrival (4:00 p.m. local destination time, if not specified.) More than 48 hours after booking, travelers can cancel prior to arrival and get a full refund, except for the first 30 days of the booked stay, and service charges.

Example: To receive a full refund, cancel your reservation within 48 hours of making the reservation and at least 35 full days before the local arrival time indicated on the advertisement (or 5.00 p.m. if it is not specified). If the traveler decides to cancel the reservation less than 35 days before the start date of his stay, the amount for the first month is due in full to the host, and cannot be refunded to the traveler.
If the traveler cancels the reservation during his stay, he must indicate a new departure date Whatever the chosen departure date, the traveler must pay the host the 30 days following the cancellation date or pay all of the days until the original end date if there are less than 30 days left before that date.

How long does it take to get a refund?
